Creams with SPF (Sun Protection Factor) are cosmetics that provide skin protection against harmful sun rays. UV protection is extremely important for skin health and the prevention of premature aging and the risk of skin cancer.

Creams with SPF protect the skin from two types of solar radiation: UVB and UVA. For full protection, it's important to use SPF cream regularly. It should be applied to the skin about 15-30 minutes before sun exposure and repeated every 2 hours also after bathing or rubbing with a towel.
