1. Cleanse the skin (e.g. with BIOUP hydrophilic cleansing oil).

2. Apply a few drops of the serum to your face, avoiding the eye and mouth area.

3. Gently pat in and after absorbing, apply a cream or oil (e.g. Squalane Blue BIOUP).

4. Use 1–2 times a day – in the morning and/or evening.

5. During the period of use, remember about SPF protection.
